Benallack

Feock, Cornwall, UK

'A new home full of period charm...'

The fantastic views of the water from Benallack are truly exceptional. Situated in a secluded semi-rural setting at the head of Cowlands Creek, which in turn flows from the River Fal, this property is a unique and individual home.

Cowlands Creek, which was historically known for its oyster fishing, is today a delightful mixture of 18th and 19th century houses and some sensitive modern development. Benallack nestles amongst the water, farmland and woods, also being close to the village of Feock.

Feock has come to be regarded as one of the favoured locations within the area, the centre of which is set around a picturesque church. The area is highly regarded by sailing enthusiasts with the creeks and estuary of the River Fal and Carrick Roads.

The area abounds with local history, and many popular walks are to be found nearby in the renowned gardens of the National Trust owned Trelisick House. There is also access to the Roseland Peninsular and St Mawes via the King Harry Ferry.
